Our office is nestled in south Austin at the center of Oak Hill where Highway 71 and Highway 290 split - often called the “Y.” Dr. Leigh Ziegler, Optometrist and owner of Pinnacle Vision PC, is proud to have continuously provided eye care for the surrounding areas for more than 12 years. Our goal is to help our patients maintain healthy eyes and to provide distinctive eyewear that reflects the personality of each patient. We hope this is matched with our goal of quality service. Contact lens fittings and training are available daily, which can enhance lifestyle and often optimize vision. On a routine basis we fit all types of lenses and we are particularly attentive to the unique challenges of bifocal and progressive contact lens.
Dr. Leigh Ziegler: Optometrist
After graduating from Southern College of Optometry in 1992 in Memphis, Tenn., and following more than five years gaining experience in her hometown of New Orleans as an employee of a multi-centered Optometric practice, Dr. Leigh Ziegler came to Austin in 1998 to open the present office in the safe and beautiful environment of southwest Austin. Optometry became a reality long after college following years of experience as a Research Technician and Drug Study Coordinator in the area of Hypertension and Ophthalmology Research, culminating in the Department of Ophthalmology at Ochsner Clinic and LSU Eye Center.
